Can Diwali Telugu Release stand in front of Dub movies?

In North India, Diwali is a big festival since it includes 7 days of festivities before and after the main day. In Tamil Nadu, while they believe that the day of the new moon is more conducive, Diwali is more celebrated than Dussehra.

But in the Telugu states, Dussehra is a bigger festival and even a big season for movies. Diwali is such a time both in northern India and in Tamil Nadu. We have seen great Khan movies in Hindi and Ajith or Vijay films released on Diwali in both markets over the past 20 years.

Before them, in Tamil Rajni and Kamal, the films were disputed at the time of Diwali. For Telugu movies, Diwali marks the end of a lucrative holiday season and, as a result, very rarely, no big film with a slot in Dussehra was used before.

This time, the film Piglet Adhugo is out against Sarkar and Thugs of Hindosthan. Sarkar has been released in more theaters than any Vijay film as it is directed by AR Murugadoss and comes after Vijay's more successful films.

Thugs of Hindosthan brought together Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan for the first time. Viewers are also preparing for major language films other than Telugu movies.

So, it will be interesting to see if Adhugo can survive between two heavyweights. Ravi Babu, the director has not been so consistent in his career and this could be a problem for the film.
